Lubricant and antistatic for rotary printing machines
ESQUIM DP-407B is a water-based synthetic emulsion, with medium molecular weight silicones, which acts as an antistatic, lubricant, resistance to friction, mold release agent and polish.
FEATURES:
- APPEARANCE: White emulsion
- SOLID CONTENT: 38%
- pH, 25ºC (10% in water): slightly acidic
- CHARACTER: Non-ionic
- SOLUBILITY In water, in all proportions
APPLICATIONS
It is recommended for use in lubrication and antistatic for machinery with a high level of friction, such as rotary printers, in previous dilutions of 1:10 in water. In brighteners, dilutions of 2 – 6% are recommended in the final formulation.
